Sunflower Centre Alexander Group
2026 sees the launch of a new monthly Alexander Technique group at the Sunflower Centre.
I’m excited to be offering this new format. A monthly reminder for those who’ve had some lessons or attended an introductory workshop and would like to keep in touch with the Technique.
This is a small group so you’ll get lots of individual attention. The maximum number of participants is limited to 6. It’s a drop in class with a discount for those who’d like to commit to three monthly groups up front. We’ll be exploring some the basic principles of the Technique and looking at practical applications like walking, bending and lifting and voice and breathing to name just a few activities.
This group runs on the last Friday of every month. 5pm-6pm. The cost of the class is £18 or £45 for a block booking of 3 consecutive months.
