These small group workshops offer a friendly and informal opportunity to find out more about the Alexander Technique and how it works.

Saturday, October 17th, 1:30pm to 3pm.
Workshops at the Sunflower Centre cost £25 for the workshop on its own or £50 for a package including an individual lesson at a later date.
Workshop spaces are limited so booking is essential!

Introductory Lessons
Individual introductory in-person lessons are available at all locations and may be booked online below.
I am offering a package of 5 Alexander Technique lessons at the Bloomsbury Alexander Centre for £265 instead of the usual £300 and a package of 5 Alexander Technique lessons in Lewisham for £200 instead of the usual £225.
If you book a package of lessons, please select a time and date for your first lesson below, and I will email you with details on how to book your remaining lessons.
Please allow 50 minutes for your first or introductory lesson rather than the usual 45 minutes.
